What you will do
- Administer methadone as prescribed and observe patients post-administration.
- Evaluate and assess new and current patients for treatment appropriateness.
- Maintain medical supply inventories and receive medication shipments per DEA and company procedures.
- Collect urine specimens and record results.
- Collaborate with counselors and participate in weekly treatment team meetings.
- Ensure the treatment center meets all accreditation and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Licensed as LPN/LVN or RN in the state of employment
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Valid driver’s license
- Accurate data entry skills and basic computing knowledge.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Nice to have
- Experience in chemical addiction treatment.
- Phlebotomist certification.
