Location: Hybrid (Knoxville, TN). Must reside in or around the Knoxville/Maryville area and possess an active TN RN license. Up to 75% travel within a 100-150 mile radius.
Salary: $44 - $48 per hour

What you will do
- Deliver episodic, longitudinal, and urgent pediatric care in members' homes and community settings.
- Perform clinical procedures including IV placement, lab draws, wound care, and medication administration.
- Conduct in-home assessments and document care using the Athena EMR and proprietary company application.
- Collaborate with an integrated care team including physicians, APPs, pharmacists, and social workers.
- Execute virtual assessments and manage urgent pediatric needs via virtual acute care protocols.
- Provide essential patient and family education and care coordination.
Requirements
- Active TN RN license required; compact license preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- PALS & BLS certifications required.
- Minimum 3+ years of pediatric nursing experience, ideally in high-acuity settings (ED, urgent care, transport).
- 1–2 years of experience in pediatric emergency medicine.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and comfort driving long distances.
Nice to have
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency.
- EMS (EMT/P) experience.
- 2+ years of pediatric home care experience.
