Location: Remote (US, West Region)
Salary: $152,000 - $225,000 (annual cash compensation including base and variable pay, plus equity)

What you will do
- Identify and close net-new sales opportunities with upselling potential using a consistent sales process
- Build relationships with C-level executives to influence marketing solution investments
- Drive conversations with commercial marketers to unlock data usage at scale and deepen customer relationships
- Manage sales activity, forecasting revenue in Salesforce, and achieve quarterly quotas
- Present product using values-based sales approaches alongside Solutions Consultants
- Collaborate with internal teams and assigned SDR on outbound prospecting and deal execution
Requirements
- Experience identifying and closing $100K+ ARR deals
- Demonstrated success in building and sourcing own pipeline
- Proven ability to close complex, multi-threaded deals using consultative, value-selling approach
- Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ambition for personal development
- Customer-centric approach with strong technical relationship-building skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with enterprise email marketing or marketing automation solutions
- Experience with sales tools like SFDC, Outreach, Zoom and methodologies like MEDDPICC, Value Selling
- Cross-functional team selling experience leveraging stakeholders to close deals
