TL;DR

Mid-Market Account Executive (AI): Managing the full sales cycle for mid-market organizations to drive adoption of the hirify.global AI platform with an accent on translating technical capabilities into business outcomes. Focus on building a net-new pipeline, navigating complex buying committees of technical stakeholders, and executing land-and-expand strategies.

Location: Remote (United States), preference for East Territory (Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, or Eastern Time zones)

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 base + variable commission + equity

What you will do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of net-new opportunities within the assigned territory using outbound and warm leads.
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover productivity gains, cost reduction, and risk mitigation for customers.
  • Navigate multi-threaded deals with developers, security, platform teams, and procurement.
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineering on POCs and demos to validate technical solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and maintain accurate forecasting.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to identify expansion opportunities post-close.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing mid-market deals.
  • Proven ability to sell to technical buyers (developers, data engineers) and translate technical needs into business value.
  • Experience managing complex buying processes with multiple organizational stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, cloud infrastructure, and open-source ecosystems.
  • Must be based in the US, preferably in the East Territory (Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, or Eastern Time zones).

Nice to have

  • Experience with developer tools, AI infrastructure, or open-source products.
  • Background in high-growth startups or scaling environments.
  • Experience with land-and-expand strategies.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Challenger sales frameworks.
