What you will do

• Lead and develop the payroll team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee full-cycle payroll processing for approximately 500 employees in the US, UK, and Israel.
• Manage relationships with external payroll vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory filings, and reporting requirements in all regions.
• Partner with HR on month-end close, reporting, and internal/external audits.
• Drive automation and standardization of global payroll systems and controls.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in payroll, including global responsibility.
• 5+ years of experience managing and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations in the US, UK, and Israel.
• Experience with global payroll systems and third-party providers.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in a multinational or high-growth company.
• Familiarity with payroll systems such as Hilan and Sequoia.
