Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum

What you will do

• Process payroll for the Group, calculating wages, deductions, bonuses, and commissions.
• Update and maintain payroll records regarding employee status, benefits, and department transfers.
• Prepare payroll reports on earnings, taxes, and leave for management and regulatory purposes.
• Post monthly payroll journals and conduct balance sheet reviews for payroll codes.
• Ensure full adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide reconciled evidence for half-year and year-end audits.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar role.
• Experience working with Sage or comparable HRIS systems.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to interpret payroll data effectively using analysis skills.
• Knowledge of HR practices related to payroll administration and compliance.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Evesham for hybrid work.
