What you will do

• Execute end-to-end monthly payroll for employees in the UK, UAE, Israel, Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
• Validate gross-to-net calculations, ensuring accuracy in earnings, deductions, taxes, and statutory requirements.
• Perform pre- and post-payroll reconciliations, including variance analysis and headcount checks.
• Manage 3rd party vendor filings for benefits and taxes, such as P11D in the UK and BAS in Australia.
• Coordinate payroll calendars across multiple time zones to ensure no pay cycle is missed.
• Partner with in-country experts to resolve statutory updates and maintain compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on multi-country payroll processing experience, preferably across EMEA and APAC regions.
• Proficiency with global payroll software platforms.
• Experience with UKG and CloudPay is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple time zones and calendars.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a zero-defect mindset toward payroll accuracy.
