What you will do

• Own product growth and performance end-to-end from hypothesis to measurable impact
• Run experiments including A/B tests and analyze results
• Optimize web2app funnels, user journeys, and key metrics
• Collaborate with engineering teams on use cases and user stories
• Drive product and marketing metrics through data-driven strategies

Requirements

• 4+ years as Growth Product Manager/Growth Marketing Manager/Product Marketing Manager in IT companies
• Hands-on with A/B testing launch and analysis
• Strong experience with web2app funnels and user journey
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Understanding of use cases, user stories, monetization models
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have

• Optimizing funnels and monetization across channels (Search, CRM, SMM)
• Experience in AI/SaaS/mobile products
• Managing large budgets
