What you will do

• Own the full growth engine across acquisition, onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention for mobile and web.
• Scale the new membership experience by driving awareness, onboarding, and repeat purchase engagement.
• Design and optimize growth loops and cross-sell mechanics between the SuppCo and hirify.global apps.
• Run rigorous A/B tests and experimentation roadmaps to iterate on product funnels rapidly.
• Drive strategy for AI-powered growth surfaces, including personalized guidance chatbots and agentic buying experiences.
• Define KPIs, build performance dashboards, and conduct user research to inform growth hypotheses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience at consumer technology companies.
• Proven track record in growth, specifically driving measurable improvements in conversion, retention, or monetization.
• Experience with marketplace, subscription, or B2B2C products, particularly on the demand and conversion side.
• Strong analytical foundation with proficiency in tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, and SQL.
• AI fluency with experience building or leveraging AI-powered features.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
