TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (Fintech): Developing relationships with existing customers and prospecting for expansion within a finance automation platform with an accent on driving sales cycles and executing account success plans. Location: Hybrid (Toronto or Vancouver, Canada). Requires office attendance on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Expected Total Compensation: $210,000 - $260,000 CAD annually

What you will do

  • Own relationships with named accounts to maximize expansion opportunities and ensure a high bar of customer success.
  • Prospect into the existing customer base and net new leads to uncover pipeline and close business.
  • Develop and execute strategic account success plans aligned with customer business goals.
  • Build deep, trusting relationships with decision-makers and C-suite executives.
  • Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive overall expansion.
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity data within internal CRM systems to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Software/SaaS or Financial Tech sales with a track record of quota achievement.
  • Experience selling large-scale solutions to C-suite executives in global organizations.
  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related area.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and high level of organization.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto or Vancouver offices.
