Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 / year

What you will do
- Own end-to-end headcount tracking, reconciliation, and reporting for supported functional groups.
- Execute recurring close and forecast processes, including P&L review and variance analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align future business drivers with financial forecasts.
- Evolve FP&A workflows toward automation-first, insight-driven models using AI tools.
- Collaborate with Systems and Accounting teams to improve data quality and flow.
- Document financial models, assumptions, and processes for transparency and continuity.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 8-10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Hands-on experience with month-end close processes, accruals, and run-rate trend synthesis.
- Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel and proficiency with systems like Netsuite, Adaptive, or Salesforce.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI-enabled tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude for financial analysis.
- Industry experience in SaaS or Unified Communications.
