What you will do

• Own the end-to-end billing cycle from sales order review through invoicing, cash application, and collections.
• Manage and optimize data flows and integrity across Salesforce, NetSuite, and Stripe.
• Lead quarter-end write-off recommendations and oversee AR reporting, including aging analysis and GL reconciliations.
• Serve as the primary internal expert and liaison for third-party indirect tax providers, managing VAT registrations and filings.
• Partner cross-functionally with RevOps, Sales, and Finance to standardize procedures and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Drive automation initiatives and system implementations to scale billing operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in billing operations or finance operations at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite, specifically sales order creation and ERP billing structures.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and experience reconciling Stripe payment data to an ERP.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with indirect tax concepts, including US sales tax and VAT.
• Must be based in the US (or UK for specific eligible roles).
