What you will do

• Coordinate and support hirify.global user groups worldwide, including planning and execution of meetups, hackathons, and events.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow user group membership and engagement.
• Act as the main point of contact for user group leaders, providing resources and best practices.
• Oversee logistics for advocacy activities, including workshops, conferences, and virtual events.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure successful execution.
• Track and manage budgets for advocacy activities to ensure cost-effective delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in program management, commhirify.global management, or advocacy.
• Proven track record of organizing and executing large-scale events and programs.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional English proficiency required for regular communication with global partners.
• Must be based in the USA; no work visa or immigration sponsorship is available.
