What you will do

• Drive program roadmaps and strategic delivery plans from concept to in-market launch for large cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with global partners across product management, engineering, design, legal, and finance to ensure operational readiness.
• Communicate program status, strategic outcomes, and escalations to senior leadership.
• Proactively identify and resolve critical dependencies and technical constraints.
• Build strong partnerships across organizational boundaries to deliver optimal outcomes for complex programs.
• Enhance and implement improvements to current program management processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program/project management for large-scale business systems and complex software development.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Design/System Thinking, and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Must be based in or able to work in San Diego, CA as per the hybrid working policy.
• Expert-level experience with JIRA, including the ability to build custom dashboards for risk and progress tracking.
• Outstanding communication skills for executive-level audiences and professional conflict resolution.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to organizational growth.
