What you will do
- Own day-to-day management and optimization of Workday Performance and Learning modules, ensuring data accuracy and strong user experience.
- Design high-quality blended learning experiences using Articulate, Synthesia, and AI tools, configuring programs in Workday and LinkedIn Learning.
- Lead end-to-end program management for performance, manager programs, engagement, and compliance initiatives, including logistics and communications.
- Develop dashboards and reporting in Workday and Power BI to track participation, outcomes, and business impact.
- Ensure alignment with compliance, ISO 9000 standards, and support audits through documentation and process integration.
- Partner with HRBPs, HRIS, Quality, EHS, and Legal to drive adoption and sustained program use.
Requirements
- 5–8 years in Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR Programs, or related HR roles
- 3–5 years hands-on with Workday Performance and Learning modules
- Strong instructional design experience with Articulate, Synthesia, LRN, PowerPoint
- Success designing blended and AI-enabled learning programs at scale
- Background in HR analytics and dashboard development in Workday and Power BI
- Experience supporting compliance training and ISO 9000 standards preferred
- Proven program management for multiple complex initiatives
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder skills
