What you will do
- Own workforce enablement for AI-driven workflow and role changes
- Design and run adoption-focused enablement programs and manager resources
- Translate workflows into role expectations, skills, and enablement plans
- Partner with Talent, HR, and AI teams to align enablement with accountability
- Track adoption via behavior change indicators and refine based on feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years in workforce transformation, people enablement, or talent change execution
- Proven experience driving behavior change beyond training or communications
- Comfort with HR/Talent systems (role design, skills, learning, performance)
- Strong judgment, autonomy, and follow-through in fast-moving environments
- Practical curiosity and experience with AI-enabled ways of working
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
