AI Workforce Enablement Lead

What you will do

• Shape the workforce enablement approach for AI-driven workflow and role changes.
• Design and run enablement programs that drive genuine adoption and behavior change.
• Equip managers to support teams through transitions, including readiness planning and difficult conversations.
• Translate redesigned workflows into clear role expectations, skills, and enablement plans.
• Build practical toolkits, learning experiences, and manager resources.
• Advise Talent, HR, and AI teams and measure readiness, behavior change, and employee friction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workforce transformation, people enablement, or talent-side change execution.
• Demonstrated ability to drive behavior change beyond training and communications delivery.
• Experience working inside or alongside HR and Talent systems, including role design, skills, learning, or performance.
• Strong judgment, autonomy, and follow-through in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to diagnose resistance and tailor support appropriately.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled ways of working; an engineering background is not required.
