What you will do

• Collaborate with Technology Development to create new device technologies and customize architectures for customer requirements.
• Work with manufacturing to refine fabrication processes meeting device specs and yield goals.
• Develop CMOS logic devices for high-performance compute, mobile, mixed-signal, memory controllers, and diverse applications.
• Drive implementation of customized semiconductor technologies compatible with hirify.global's processes and platforms.

Requirements

• Must possess minimum qualifications: Master's in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related with 7+ years in CMOS device engineering.
• Experience in advanced CMOS device technology, preferably foundry.
• Expertise in CMOS device physics and fabrication of advanced transistor architectures.
• Skills in data analysis, scripting, and analytic techniques.
• Technical problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related with 5+ years experience.
• Hands-on in advanced node device development (3nm-16nm FinFETs, sub-3nm GAA FETs).
• Experience in High-Volume Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in device data analysis, DOE, and resolving process challenges.
