What you will do

  • Co-develop business plans with team and partners to exceed consumption and booking goals
  • Lead identification of impactful data and AI use cases and prove their value on hirify.global platform
  • Implement customer data and AI transformation via strategic partnerships, professional services, training, and executive engagement
  • Develop deep understanding of product details and roadmap to build trust with executives and technical champions

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required, fluency in Dutch preferred
  • Extensive experience selling complex solutions to enterprise customers
  • Experience managing complex federated sales campaigns in major FSI accounts
  • Experience in Data, AI/ML, Cloud industries with technical sales background
  • Proven track record exceeding sales quotas in high-growth enterprise software companies
  • Experience driving consumption and commit-based models with professional services and training teams
  • Co-selling with Cloud Vendors (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Global Solution Integrators
  • Building champions, teams, and partnerships for account execution
  • Identifying use cases and buying centers to maximize impact
  • Following sales methodologies like account planning, MEDDPICC, value selling, and accurate forecasting
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
