What you will do

• Qualify deals collaborating with Account Executives, BDRs, and sales management.
• Conduct discovery meetings to learn customer business requirements and technical environment.
• Articulate and demonstrate business value using hirify.global for customer usage scenarios.
• Design and execute demonstrations, Proof-of-Concepts, and co-develop data science projects with customers.
• Provide technical guidance and answer questions for customer teams.
• Assist in sales pipeline activities including trade shows, campaigns, and partner events.

Requirements

• English - fluent. Dutch or French native/fluent is a strong plus.
• Strong curiosity about applying technology to business problems.
• Experience in data science, analytics, or big data markets preferred.
• 5+ years with predictive modeling, relational data structures, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience in Analytics/AI or enterprise software sales/pre-sales or client-facing roles.
• Comfortable engaging all customer levels from contributors to C-level.

• Programming in Python/R.
