TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Software): Building and managing the mid-funnel lead generation engine for the Benelux region with an accent on MQL qualification and outbound pipeline creation. Focus on implementing MEDDPICC frameworks, designing BDR processes, and scaling the lead-to-opportunity conversion.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in the Netherlands (at least two fixed office days per week in Hoofddorp)

What you will do

  • Qualify inbound MQLs and book high-quality meetings for the Sales team.
  • Execute outbound strategies to identify and engage new prospects via phone, email, and social media.
  • Utilize MEDDPICC frameworks to conduct sharp discovery and identify customer pain points and business value.
  • Manage and maintain CRM data in Salesforce to ensure pipeline accuracy and complete documentation.
  • Design and document the BDR playbook, including SOPs and qualification checklists for future scaling.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and provide feedback on campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience in BDR, SDR, or commercial inside sales roles, preferably in B2B software.
  • Fluent communication in Dutch.
  • Proven track record of hunting for new opportunities and hitting pipeline targets.
  • Proficiency with digital sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Salesforce.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to work with structured qualification frameworks.
