Location: Based in the Netherlands and ability to work from the Amsterdam office two days per week

What you will do

• Identify key prospects by assessing needs and delivering tailored value propositions
• Qualify opportunities and contribute to account planning with sales representatives
• Engage customers and partners to align on needs and outcomes with the hirify.global platform
• Assess market trends to uncover new opportunities for hirify.global products
• Support account strategies, expand engagements, and build strong relationships
• Interpret product usage and sales data to inform prospecting and achieve quota
• Drive continuous improvement through KPI analysis and peer collaboration

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in business development or sales (or equivalent)
• Based in the Netherlands with ability to work from Amsterdam office two days per week
• Business level fluency in English

Nice to have

• 2+ years in business development or sales
• 1+ year in computer science, software development, or technology
• Experience prospecting enterprise accounts in technical markets
• Interest in technology and ability to convey enterprise platform value
• Knowledge of Git and hirify.global
• Fluency in Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Nordics, or Spanish
