Sales Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of distributors to meet revenue targets and execute joint business plans (QBR, MBR).
• Drive partner base growth through new recruitment and engage distributors for new customer acquisition.
• Maintain renewal rate targets and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Regional Marketing department to implement marketing programs for distributors.
• Track enterprise pipelines to allocate distributor resources and ensure successful deal closure.
• Enable and train distributors' technical pre-sales staff on enterprise product certifications and readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner/channel management or business development within the software industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Operations.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Experience working with security solutions.
• Knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce).
