Salary: $128,000 - $175,000 USD

is building an AI-native Digital Experience Platform that empowers teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers.
What you will do
- Own the administration, governance, and user support for the enterprise AI stack, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and n8n.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for new AI agents and translate fuzzy business problems into clear technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain reusable frameworks and patterns to scale AI adoption across all company teams.
- Manage the agent development lifecycle, including running intake reviews and prioritizing the backlog.
- Lead company-wide enablement through documentation, office hours, and Champion programs.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT, Security, and Finance for AI tooling decisions and licensing.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Operations Analyst in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Hands-on experience administering enterprise generative AI tools, including user provisioning and cost management.
- Proven ability to translate requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders into actionable specs.
- Experience building enablement programs or training that drove measurable tool adoption.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada (specifically British Columbia or Ontario).
