Salary: $69,500 – $104,200

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to identify performance gaps and define clear learning objectives.
• Develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline, as well as virtual and instructor-led materials.
• Create microlearning, job aids, and videos using tools such as Vyond and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Publish and maintain learning content in LMS/LXP platforms using SCORM and xAPI standards.
• Ensure all learning materials are accessible and inclusive, adhering to WCAG 2.1 standards.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback and assessments to continuously improve content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in instructional design or learning development roles.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Articulate Storyline to build custom eLearning.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design fundamentals.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA and align with US corporate benefits (401k).
• Strong written and visual communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vyond, InDesign, or other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning standards (SCORM/xAPI).
• Exposure to accessibility and inclusive design practices.
• Basic project coordination or agile development experience.
