Salary: $127,500-$191,500 (base, US locations)

What you will do
- Oversee cybersecurity content strategy covering vulnerability management, ASI, and incident response aligned with OKRs and roadmap.
- Lead and mentor content developers, managing resources and timelines.
- Handle end-to-end course development including planning, project management, and quality control for eLearning and ILT.
- Bridge education team with SMEs in engineering, security research, and product management for accuracy.
- Run customer outreach for feedback and iterate on training modules.
- Maintain standards, style guides, and lab configurations; ensure timely delivery for product releases and threats.
- Collaborate with delivery and operations teams for prompt content review and publication.
Requirements
- 8+ years in technical training or instructional design; 3+ years leading content teams in cybersecurity or high-tech SaaS.
- Proven program and project management with Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in authoring tools like Articulate 360, Captivate, and technical lab environments.
- Exceptional communication to translate cybersecurity concepts for all levels.
- High proficiency in verbal and written communication.
