Salary: $74,400–$80,000 + 12.5% bonus potential

What you will do

• Hire, onboard, and lead a team of Training Specialists to ensure high-quality customer education.
• Develop and execute strategic training programs to drive product adoption and customer success.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align training content with product launches.
• Establish and maintain standards for training documentation, tools, and delivery methods.
• Analyze training effectiveness using data-driven metrics and feedback loops to identify improvements.
• Drive cross-functional projects related to product onboarding and customer education campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in training, adult learning, or learning & development (L&D).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in people leadership, mentoring, and coaching.
• Ability to design and implement training strategies across multiple delivery formats.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in a formal people leadership role.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms, Zoom, HubSpot, SurveyMonkey, and Salesforce.
• Experience utilizing AI solutions to optimize team efficiencies and data processes.
• Deep understanding of instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
