What you will do

• Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding experience, including program design, content creation, and classroom delivery.
• Design and facilitate ongoing refresher, upskilling, and process change training for Member Care and other operations teams.
• Build and maintain e-learning modules, facilitator guides, presentations, and assessments.
• Manage operations-specific knowledge content within the knowledge management system to ensure accuracy.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessment data, QA results, and supervisor feedback.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to develop content efficiently while ensuring quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or knowledge management, preferably in a contact center.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and documentation tools.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Experience delivering training sessions virtually and in person.

Nice to have

• Experience in the health insurance industry.
• Experience with Sana, Document360, or similar LMS/KM platforms.
• Experience designing training for soft skills and de-escalation in call center environments.
