What you will do

• Support the development and delivery of inspiring conferences throughout EMEA and the UK.
• Take full ownership of the contract, planning, and execution phases for both small and large-scale events.
• Coordinate complex logistics including AV services, catering, décor, and vendor management.
• Manage virtual event broadcasts using GlobalMeet and Zoom.
• Create and maintain custom event websites via Cvent software.
• Manage event data and attendance records using Microsoft Dynamics and Artifax databases.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a corporate or hospitality event planning position.
• Proven ability to collaborate with C-level executives.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, MS Power BI, MS Dynamics, Cvent, GlobalMeet, and Zoom.
• Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
