Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in the Hammersmith London office)

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day configuration of complex accreditation systems and stock management.
• Raise purchase orders and produce data reports to drive departmental efficiency.
• Travel internationally to supervise Accreditation Centres and manage local support teams.
• Act as the primary point of coordination for access control for drivers, VIPs, and crews.
• Write and review project documentation and perform rigorous quality checks on stakeholder submissions.

Requirements

• Solid experience within the events sector, specifically in accreditation and access management.
• Proficiency in navigating IT systems and Google Workspace for data input and information management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills for managing complex documentation.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with diverse global stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively internationally.
