• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade, tech, and business media to secure strategic coverage.
• Monitor news cycles to connect the company to current trends and secure expert commentary.
• Manage industry award submissions and identify speaking opportunities for C-suite leadership.
• Identify, assess, and report reputational risks in real-time.
• Coordinate with marketing channel owners and support social media engagement on LinkedIn and Instagram.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience managing communications for complex organizations.
• Proven track record of securing placements in global business, tech, and trade media.
• Experience crafting award-winning submissions and securing high-level speaking slots.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Confidence in working cross-functionally with senior leaders and C-suite executives.
