TL;DR
Team Manager Corporate Communications and Initiatives: Driving internal communications, employee engagement programs, and intranet management for with an accent on content strategy, channel operations, and corporate affairs initiatives. Focus on leading team operations, producing enterprise-wide events, and executing change management communications including office relocations.
Location: Predefined hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
Salary: $110,000 to $129,000 base + discretionary performance bonus + RRSP contributions.

What you will do
- Lead inSite intranet content strategy, governance, daily operations, analytics, and team coaching.
- Own The Week Ahead weekly enterprise meeting: plan, produce, improve programming and logistics.
- Manage Volunteerism program: strategy, event planning, promotion, and impact storytelling.
- Lead Voice of the Employee program and Medallia rollout: awareness, adoption, reporting, and insights.
- Support Corporate Affairs initiatives via end-to-end project management and integrated communications.
- Act as deputy in communication strategies, including change management for office relocation.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada required.
- 5+ years in producing live/virtual employee programs and writing/editing executive communications.
- 1-2 years managing/supervising people or leading a small team.
- University degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and live program production skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment.

- Experience with intranet governance, content systems, and analytics.

- Professional development/certification in communications, engagement, change, or project management.
