TL;DR
Communications Consultant: Support intranet maintenance and improvement, lead employee engagement initiatives, and provide internal/external multi-media communications with an accent on writing, editing, and content creation. Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga. Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
Salary: $79,000–$96,000 (base) + discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do
- Support and improve ’s intranet (inSite) by collaborating with internal partners to meet business needs.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives including Voice of the Employee program, Giveaway program, and special events.
- Provide writing and editing support for employer awards, corporate/executive messaging, media responses, webcasts, podcasts, social media, and charitable campaigns.
- Proactively learn communications best practices, identify innovation opportunities, and inspire process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree ideally in communications, public relations, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn complex matters quickly and exercise superior judgment on audience needs.
- Strong team player thriving in fast-paced, agile environment with changing priorities.
- Current work authorization for Canada required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge/experience with Content Management Systems, intranet technologies, or survey applications.
- Strong presentation skills.
