Location: Hybrid (Toronto/Mississauga). Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: $73,000 – $90,000

What you will do

  • Identify and pitch traditional and digital media opportunities to secure positive coverage for the organization.
  • Administer paid media partnerships and public policy stakeholder relations from onboarding through to reporting.
  • Moderate daily webcasts and monitor community inboxes to support employee engagement and external communication.
  • Create data collection frameworks and automated dashboards for reporting in collaboration with analytics and marketing teams.
  • Manage the team calendar, organize media interviews, and coordinate external stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

  • Current work authorization for Canada is required.
  • 2+ years of work experience in media relations, public policy, or managing influential stakeholders.
  • University degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Political Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering positive media coverage in traditional or new media.
  • Familiarity with data and measurement tools for tracking communications impact.
