What you will do

• Develop and present strategic communications plans aligned with B2B business objectives.
• Execute PR strategies across earned and owned channels, including media outreach, press releases, and analyst briefings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade, business, and tech press relevant to client ICPs.
• Lead executive positioning programs through thought leadership, podcasts, speaking opportunities, and bylined articles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other service lines to ensure communications connect to broader client strategy.
• Track and report program performance against KPIs, focusing on share of voice and pipeline influence.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in PR and communications.
• Must permanently reside in Canada and have current work authorization.
• Agency experience required; B2B or B2B tech experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of earning meaningful media coverage in B2B publications.
• Hands-on experience with executive thought leadership programs.
• Bachelor's degree in public relations or communications preferred.
