What you will do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage account teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Lead strategic publication and medical communication planning initiatives.
• Develop project proposals and budgets in collaboration with internal teams.
• Manage financial aspects of client relationships, including contracts, SOWs, and forecasting.
• Mentor and coach direct reports, providing performance feedback and professional growth.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow existing accounts.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the medical communications industry
• Expert knowledge of medical publication accounts and communication tactics.
• BS or BA degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and meet strict budgets and deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing direct reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint for creating strategic decks.
