What you will do

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of Siebel application projects and enhancements from initiation through closure.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and technical standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, developers, QA, infrastructure, and database administrators.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
• Oversee vendor and contractor performance, deliverables, and contractual commitments.
• Ensure smooth transition of delivered solutions into production support, including knowledge transfer and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience managing enterprise CRM delivery projects, preferably within Oracle Siebel environments.
• Strong understanding of Siebel CRM architecture, development lifecycle, and integrations.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams and large-scale technology initiatives.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting.
