What you will do

• Drive the Life and Health program to successful completion on time and within budget with high quality.
• Manage stakeholders from business and IT, developing roadmaps and capability development plans.
• Ensure consistency of delivery and architecture across various countries.
• Define program scope, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities in collaboration with partners.
• Apply best-practice project management processes to execute complex initiatives with high risk.
• Track service metrics to ensure IT services meet service level requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• Must have a software development background and enterprise IT experience.
• Knowledge of Agile techniques including User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, and Automated Testing.
• Experience coordinating both waterfall and agile development methods in multi-platform and multi-tiered architecture.
• Proven experience in managing 3rd parties and delivered services.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
