What you will do

• Define digital strategy and roadmap based on stakeholder input, oversee implementation, and measure performance to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
• Conduct market research, benchmark best practices, and facilitate workshops to generate new ideas for digital enhancements.
• Advise senior management on strategy alignment, lead product owners on delivery plans, and expand product offerings.
• Establish work cells and governance for collaborative delivery of minimum viable products.
• Collaborate with IT and digital offices to scope changes, develop business cases, and manage post-implementation benefits realization.
• Identify risks, formulate mitigations, and represent the team in digital programme meetings.

Requirements

• At least 6 years in Banking or Financial Services delivering digital/change initiatives and projects.
• Project and change management expertise, release management skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, liaise with senior management and governance committees.
• Analytical skills, financial understanding, communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation skills.
• Understanding of product functionalities and capabilities.
