What you will do

  • Proactively engage with prospective clients to identify and qualify sales opportunities in the AI and CRM market.
  • Conduct market research to identify target industry segments and monitor competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to strategize on lead quality and ensure seamless conversion.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by maintaining accurate activity records in the CRM.
  • Execute personalized outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize outreach techniques to enhance prospecting success and meet KPIs.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in an SDR, staffing, or B2B sales role, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or automation software.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation KPIs and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator and Outreach.io.
  • Familiarity with AI development and CRM software trends and their business impact.
  • Native or fluent Polish language skills.
  • Ability to work from the office in Warsaw in a hybrid setup.
