What you will do
- Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from campaigns, web forms, and events.
- Prospect into new target accounts using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and engagement platforms.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline, managing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Educate prospects on the product portfolio, including Unified Communications and workspace solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to align on target accounts and messaging.
- Track all lead activity and forecasts accurately within Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- Native Polish and English language proficiency are critical requirements.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Warsaw, Poland.
- Experience in B2B sales development, preferably within SaaS or the technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage and persuade business and IT leaders.
