What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales specialists in the Polish market.
- Set, track, and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
- Drive team performance through regular feedback, coaching sessions, and hands-on support.
- Personally engage in sales activities to build market knowledge and credibility.
- Monitor sales conversations and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops and internal teams to optimize processes.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading sales teams, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience in high-volume sales environments, specifically marketplaces or SaaS.
- Strong coaching and people management skills to develop junior talent.
- Native Polish and professional fluency in English.
- Data-driven mindset and familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Hands-on mindset and ability to bring structure and execution focus to a growing team.
