Location: Must be based in Poland (Szczecin) with a valid permit to work in Poland; Hybrid work possibility.

What you will do

  • Hold full responsibility for revenue and commercial activities across the hirify.global product portfolio in Poland and the Baltics.
  • Define and execute sales strategies, managing and developing resellers and leading a small internal team.
  • Translate strategic objectives into operational plans to manage the sales funnel with rigor and predictability.
  • Establish KPIs and performance management processes to identify gaps and deploy resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with distributors and partners to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Gather customer insights to inform product development and value proposition improvements.

Requirements

  • Valid permit to work in Poland is mandatory.
  • Proven track record in driving sales revenue growth and key account management.
  • Experience or strong knowledge of the medical devices or dental industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with annual business planning, forecasting, and budget tracking.
  • Fluency in English and Polish (written and oral) is required.
  • Ability to travel extensively (+100 days per year).
