What you will do

• Lead technical delivery from scoping and architecture through code, QA, launch, and monitoring.
• Partner with designers, analysts, and stakeholders to shape product requirements and goals.
• Conduct code reviews and lead design discussions to mentor and elevate other engineers.
• Diagnose and resolve systemic issues within the codebase, tooling, and development processes.
• Develop and implement AI-native engineering practices, including agents and codebase automation.
• Track outcomes against quantitative and qualitative KPIs to drive continuous team improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production software with broad exposure across frontend and backend.
• Proven track record of introducing structure and stability into ambiguous or messy technical situations.
• Demonstrable AI fluency and experience using AI to significantly increase team throughput.
• Strong opinions on ownership, accountability, and high-performance engineering standards.
• Excellent collaboration skills to translate needs between technical and business stakeholders.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring or leading other software engineers.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar enterprise marketing tech.
