Location: Field-Based/Remote position with up to 75% travel; candidates must live in/near assigned territory (Cleveland, Akron, Zanesville, Youngstown, Canton, OH, etc.). Does not include Columbus or Cincinnati.
Salary: $135,540–$155,000 annual base pay.

What you will do
- Promote and sell hospital products to targeted customers including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff in assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals through in-services, clinical discussions, and high-impact meetings.
- Navigate hospital formulary processes and implement territory business plans aligned to regional/national goals.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with medical centers, developing local advocates and champions.
- Develop sales strategies, manage territory budget, and prepare reports identifying trends and opportunities.
- Leverage internal teams and special programs to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited university.
- Two years’ pharmaceutical industry sales experience.
- Must live in assigned territory (Cleveland, Akron, Zanesville, Youngstown, Canton, OH, etc.); does not include Columbus or Cincinnati.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and relationship building skills.
- Proficiency in presenting scientific information and basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and thorough knowledge of healthcare regulations/compliance.
- Successful completion of new hire training, product knowledge tests, and hospital credentialing including drug test (marijuana).
