Salary: $135,540–$155,000 annual base pay.

What you will do
- Promote and sell Chiesi products to targeted customers including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff within assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals through in-services, clinical discussions, and navigating hospital formulary processes.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with medical centers, pharmacies, and key influencers to drive adoption.
- Develop and execute territory business plans, schedule high-impact meetings, and implement special programs like speaker bureaus.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and manage territory budget while partnering with internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year accredited university.
- Two years’ pharmaceutical industry sales experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Proven organizational, territory management, and relationship building skills.
- Proficiency in presenting scientific information using visual aids and technical data.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Thorough knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and hospital credentialing, including drug test (marijuana).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and ability to pass product knowledge tests.
