Scrum Master

Location: Washington, DC, United States. U.S. citizenship is required for DHS Suitability clearance.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more product development teams and ensure consistent Scrum practices.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and self-organization within a manufacturing/OEM environment.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, risks, milestones, and project deliverables.
• Manage impediments, dependencies, and delivery risks across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, and external partners.
• Partner with Product Owners and technical leads on backlog readiness, prioritization, and program alignment.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen for DHS Suitability clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project delivery fundamentals.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex dependencies.
• Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with stage-gate, APQP, or hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models.
