Salary: $112,185–$179,496 per year

What you will do

• Lead large-scale and complex organizational projects from concept and business requirements through development, testing, and implementation.
• Ensure project quality, timeliness, scope, budget, risk management, and alignment with business objectives.
• Contribute to PMO strategy, policies, operating models, execution, and performance measures.
• Coach and mentor project managers while helping resolve project issues and remove delivery barriers.
• Analyze workflows, business rules, requirements, and trends; present actionable recommendations to management.
• Build stakeholder relationships, coordinate internal and external resources, and maintain project documentation from start to finish.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; high school diploma or GED required.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience developing business requirements and process workflows, managing multiple organizational projects, and using Microsoft Visio.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and related reporting and presentation tools.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
