What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SAP integration projects from planning and design through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Develop and maintain integration strategies and roadmaps aligned with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
• Manage critical vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and escalation resolution.
• Analyze complex integration requirements to design solutions that optimize system performance and data integrity.
• Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Establish project governance frameworks, risk management protocols, and change control procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• At least 5 years of experience leading SAP integration or ERP implementation projects.
• Proven expertise in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical industry operations and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, integration modules, and system configuration.
