Location: Jacksonville, FL, Highlands Ranch, CO or Remote (Distributed - US); able to travel up to 30%; flexibility to work different time zones; employer does not sponsor employment visa status (e.g., H-1B).

What you will do

• Act as trusted advisor to customers, identifying business issues, providing product information, and recommending best practices in demand planning and inventory optimization.
• Lead full implementation process: design application setup, deliver requirements and plans, develop specifications, perform testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Manage project activities including functional/technical specs, unit/integration testing, go-live planning, and troubleshooting with development/support teams.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, support sales with estimates and insights, and communicate product enhancements to development team.

Requirements

• 5+ years in demand planning, inventory optimization, supply chain (forecasting, purchase orders, distribution, manufacturing, ABC/XYZ, reorder points).
• Strong project management skills, proficiency in PM frameworks (MS Project, SmartSheet preferred), experience with ERP implementations.
• Proficiency in SQL for data pulling; working knowledge of ERP supply chain software (NetSuite advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related business discipline preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and ability to work independently on multiple projects; desire for leadership growth.
