What you will do

• Work closely with parents/carers, schools, settings, education, health and social care professionals, and occasionally children and young people.
• Manage statutory processes for EHCPs to support positive outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
• Ensure needs are clearly understood, appropriate support is provided, and voices are heard.
• Contribute to team collaboration, development, and career progression opportunities.

Requirements

• Passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people.
• Knowledge of the education system.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organised.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
